If I could make ONE wish right now. . .
I would wish that our house would get finished!!!!! It has taken a long time. If you want to know how long then let's put it like this. They started working on it in hmm about early August, it's now Late November and they still aren't going to finish it until (we think) about March! And meanwhile as they are working so slowly they took out our stairs for one day and replaced them with a ladder (luckily they finished the stairs the next day). Also, there are a bunch of misquetos in our house because our walls have been taken out. I swear that those little bugs love my blood! I have seven bites on my legs, and that's just my legs. I am itching all over! Anyway so that's my wish that I would make right now.

My sleepover at Carissa's
Over UEA weekend I went to my cousin Carissa's house. I had so much fun. I went to a pumpkin patch/corn maze place (Cornbelly's). At Cornbelly's we went down slides, through haunted houses, through a corn maze, on bouncy things, and looked at pumpkins! I loved it.
That Friday night we watched the Phantom of the Oprah (I've never seen it before). I thought that it was a really good movie.
The next day we went on a tram up the mountain. There was a really big sale, if you brought a can of food then you could get in for free! It was super cool. We got to see a lot of nature and wild life. When we got to the top of the mountain it got kind of chilly, but I had fun anyway. When we got back to her house her Mom did a foot pedicure for us (Heather, Savannah, Sophie, Carissa, Gabe, and me). It felt soooo good.
We had to leave at about 2:15, but I had a fun time anyway. We had to leave because Heather, Savannah, and I had to go to a violin rehearsal at the conference center. After the rehearsal we went to a yummy place called the Blue Lemon for lunch. I really recommend going there. A couple of hours later we had the performance. Michael McLain was directing it because we were performing his song, A Joyful Journey. It sounded really cool because there were a bunch of other instruments, the viola, guitar, singers, more violins, bass, cello, flutes, and pianos. Even though it was kind of difficult, it sounded really cool.
I had a great time over UEA weekend, I hope you did, too!

My Trip to Texas
I just got back from my trip to Texas with my Mom, Savannah, and Heather (my Grandpa and Grandma Yardley came, too). I had a lot of fun. The first thing we did there when we got to the Cluff's house was sleep because we didn't get there until later. The next day the kids had to go to school, so I read until about ten, then we decided that we should go to the mall. So we did. We went to a bunch of cool stores and had a great time. I got two shirts and earrings.
The next day the kids didn't go to school so we could go to Carlesbad Caverns. We saw a lot of really cool looking formations, I loved it. If you ever go there, though I suggest you walk down the little pathway that leads into the cave. It has a lot of fun stuff to look at! At about four o'clock we all decided on having a lunner type of thing in the little snack place inside of the cold cave. Emily got a sandwich and I was about to get one, too when she told me that I better try hers first because she doesn't really like it. Lets just say that I agree with Emily, so instead I got a bowl of vegetables. The vegetables weren't much better, but I would rather have that than nothing. Savannah got the last yogurt cup so she had to share, that was probably the best tasting thing there. After our snacks we explored the cave because there wasn't any tour guides we could go where ever we wanted! When we were all done we went into the gift shop and bought presents for everybody.
The day after that was a Saturday, and Justin's baptism! It was really cool and I personally really liked it. Emily and I did a duet, I played the violin and she played the piano. I really enjoyed it. After the baptism we had a delicious dinner. Then we decided that we should go somewhere special for Justin's baptism. So we finally all agreed that the littler kids and anyone who wanted to go would go to the park, and the bigger kids would go to Joyland (an amusement park). When we got to Joyland we discovered that it had closed about a week ago, so we went to a corn maze instead. It was really amazing and hard, but we eventually made it out. We also got to shoot a corn cannon thing when we got out. After we where all done at the corn maze place we went to a frozen yogurt shop. I got Island Coconut and Oreos on my frozen yogurt. When we got back to their house we went straight to bed.
And then it was Sunday, so we all got ready for church and headed out the door. After Sacrament Meeting I went to Young Women's with Emily (even though I wasn't really supposed to) it was fun! I liked it a lot. After church Emily's Grandparents on the other side came over for dinner, we had ribs and brisket. For dessert Emily's Grandparents brought over chocolate cake and blueberry cobbler. They were both very delicious.
It seemed like time flew by and it was already our last day. On Monday the kids had to go to school, but we went to the Science Spectrum with Ryan, Abby, and Aunt Nicole. It had some pretty amazing and weird things that you could do. Then we went to McDonald's for lunch and before we knew it we were already on the plane home.

I don't post enough
My cousin Emily says that I do not post enough, so I am posting right now at her house. I am just going to say that Mrs. Sorte is NOT nice. Just to clear that situation up. Plus I am in Lubbock, Texas (where Emily lives). We are going to Carlsbad Caverns. So I have to go.

SIXTH GRADE!
I am so nervous for sixth grade, one because I'll only have like two friends in my class next year, and two because I have a lot of mean boys in my class.
Although I've heard my teacher is great, I'm still nervous about her, too.
Well, not much has been going on around here, except I went to Lagoon Monday and Timpanogaes Caves Thursday.
That's pretty much it. So BYE

When I went to CANADA!
Hi, when I went to Canada, there were people smoking everywhere! It was disgusting. Other than that, Canada was pretty fun. I saw the Winter Olympics, and had lots of fun with my Dad! I saw. . .
Speed Skating
Curling
Ice Hockey
Figure skating ice dance
and
Figure skating Ladies short dance
My favorite event was. . .CURLING! I don't really know why. I just enjoyed watching it.
I really liked going to Canada, but I'm really really really glad I'm home now. I missed almost everything, I'm going to stick to short trips from now on. I stayed up there for 6 days!
Oh yah, because all the other motels were sold out, my Dad and I stayed in this hotel from the fifties! Seriously, we went to the swimming pool to check it out, and we saw a sign that read. .
All ladies must wear bathing caps!
Bathing Caps, really. I decided I didn't want to go swimming, ever.
On the second day in Canada we ate lunch in the food court in the mall. We had Chinese Food, real Chinese food, it was grosser than gross! And we sat by these Chinese people, I watched them. I tried to do what they were doing, holding the chopsticks. I figured I would stick to forks and knives.
Well, that's pretty much all that I can explain, the Olympics were so cool, I don't know how to put them in words.

CANADA!
Hi, I'm in Canada right now. I know it sounds weird, (believe me) but I really really want to go swimming. Ok, it doesn't sound weird. There is a swimming pool at the motel we're staying at (me and my dad) but it is gross. Well, I'm going to bed now. Good Night!

Oh NO!!
Hi, umm I'm kind of bummed out right now because I might have lost my science fair board. There is three posibillities as to where it is.
I left it at school on Friday. When I came back it wasn't where I left it. These are possibilities. . . .
1. The janitor took it to the dump on Friday (I checked in the garbage can, it's not there!)
2. Some kid took it home (witch I doubt)
or 3. They put it in the teacher supply closet (my class is off track)
I hope and think that it is #3. Well that's pretty much all that I have to think about.
